ChargeHolidays - Make sustainable travel comfortable

Cities facing over-population and mass tourism witness increased transportation usage and resource waste, harming the environment and fostering conflicts. While travelers express willingness to spend more on sustainable practices, a significant Say-Do Gap exists, leading to pollution and undermining the potential of tourism as a source of income and cultural understanding.

To close the Say-Do Gap, we propose a sustainable tourism booking platform with key features: a sustainable dreamcatcher providing credibility through transparent ratings, an exchange network for accommodations to share best practices, a point-package system rewarding sustainable bookings, and an emission calculator to raise awareness and offset travelers' impacts. This solution empowers travelers to make informed choices and encourages accommodations to adopt sustainable practices, harnessing tourism's potential for prosperity and sustainable development in cities.
