Affordable Solar Solutions for Sustainable Growth
Mexican small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are crucial for employment and the economy. Despite their importance, SMEs are highly vulnerable due to low capital, high costs, and manual processes. High electricity costs (25% of expenses) burden manufacturing SMEs. Only 29% of energy is renewable. Limited government support hampers sustainability efforts.
The proposed solution involves creating an affordable way for SMEs to purchase and install solar panels. Collaborating with socially responsible companies, one would offer financing, while the other provides cost-effective solar panels suitable for SMEs. This would lower expenses, decrease reliance on traditional energy sources, and establish renewable energy as a valuable business opportunity.
