Main challenges in the development and implementation of your idea

Accurate Data Collection: Ensuring consistent and reliable EEG and neuroimaging data collection from users in real-world settings can be difficult due to movement artifacts and signal interference. Privacy and Data Security: Collecting and storing sensitive brain data raises ethical concerns about privacy and potential misuse of information. Robust data protection measures and transparent data governance policies are essential. Cost and Accessibility: The initial cost of the device and ongoing subscription fees for data analysis and personalized recommendations could limit accessibility for some users. Longitudinal Studies: Conducting long-term studies to assess the long-term effects of screen time on brain health and validate the effectiveness of personalized interventions is crucial for establishing clinical utility. Individual Differences: Accounting for individual differences in brain responses to screen time and tailoring recommendations accordingly requires sophisticated algorithms and continuous refinement of the technology.

Expectations from the challenge

As someone who has personally struggled with excessive screen time on mental well-being, I am deeply passionate about developing this brain monitoring system. My goal is to empower others to take control of their digital habits and protect their mental health. Collaborations, partnerships, or mentorship opportunities to further develop the project. Attract potential investors, partners, or users interested in supporting or utilizing the technology. Identify potential improvements, refine the approach, and strengthen the project's impact. Opportunities to receive funding or other resources to support the further development and implementation of the project.
