Idea in a nutshell

Travelucation realizes the unique potential of traveling as a field of igniting change. The mascots Ray, Chargy and Holly educate participating children to travel in a sustainable friendly way and make them the Changemakers of today and tomorrow. Additionally, the project cooperates with tourist destinations directly, in particular Least Developed Countries and Small Island States, increasing awareness of the importance of environmental and social sustainable practices in the industry, educating children about their own rights and empowering the next generation of hospitality employees.

Finding cooperation partners and advertising the project without a huge marketing budget is a huge challenge.

Expectations from the challenge

I hope that the Community Challenge opens a community of exchange with other changemakers to get inspired. Additionally, we hope to contribute to other participants' success and share our own skills and ideas. We also hope to get critical feedback as well as build a strong network.
