The workshop aims to provide opportunities for early-career scholars to enhance their research development, dissemination, and visibility skills and promote exchange between junior and senior academics on career advancement and navigating career challenges. Also, the workshop would serve as a basis for a mentorship program, with the initial interactions between junior and senior researchers would be held.

The workshop seeks to achieve the following objectives:

  • Enhance the competencies of early career women scholars in research development, dissemination, and visibility.
  • Equip with strategies for work-life balance and navigating career challenges.
  • Offer mentoring opportunities.
